Yes. Even with high score, the chance of developing cancer is still very low. Maybe 1 among 100 people in the high risk group.

So, people in the high risk group should do annual endoscopy check to prevent gastric cancer.

You should be able to take whatever probiotics you want during treatment.

There is no guideline to which probiotics to take. You can try a few to see which suits you.

yea, i meant the ultrasound of the upper GI.

if you have done all the checks and everything is ok, then you should be alright. Just have to wait for your stomach to heal.

Your doctor seems confident with the treatment and you should follow his instruction. Anyway, the recommendation here can always be the backup plan if PBAT failed.
